The Rage got off to a slow start in the two pool games on Saturday, losing 5-2 to Galaxy and 3-2 to the Virginia Lady Aces. In the first bracket game on Saturday, the ladies topped the Hurricanes 6-1. Sunday morning the Rage lost a close one 4-3 to the eventual Gold Champions, the Virginia Legends, who allowed only 4 runs the entire weekend. The Rage 14U then prevailed over Virginia Outbreak 15-2 and beat the New Kent Blast 5-4 to capture the Silver Championship. |
